będą diabetykiem typ 1 trzeba w ogóle obrzerać się węglami 5 razy dziennie? Nie można przejść na low carba albo bardziej extremalne keto czy if? Ja jak byłem na if to bez problemu wytrzymywałem na if z 1 posiłkiem dziennie bez zadnego podrzerania ale nie mam cukrzycy tylko stabilny cukier.

Dzisiaj się zmierzyłem ok. 3cm spadło już od początku redukcji i ok. 1kg, zastanawiałem się nad if, albo lc, ale myślę sobie, że if byłby dobry gdybym miał inny tryb życia, a lc zastosuje pod koniec redu, magnez i tran sie skończyły, więc dzisiaj będę musiał sie zaopatrzyć, jak nisko zejde z kaloriami to i witaminki by sie jakieś przydały, za parę [...]
