For me, I don't really see the point in tapping to a triangle, maybe that's just me, the worst case is that you're going to wake up and go 'well that didn't really go to plan...', but up until that point, you were still in the fight.
I think a lot of people panic, I think a lot of people tap out of fear as well, it might not be necessarily that close.
I think with chokes as well, the last 10% of a submission, the difference between it being sunk and you being out or breaking the joint in the case of a joint lock, I think a lot of the time people don't really understand that portion.
I think just because something is sunk doesn't mean you're necessarily going to go out from it. In my experience, the times I've been put out, have been times where I wasn't expecting to go out and there's been a few where I've thought 'I probably was going out...' and I didn't, so, for me it's always worth taking a shot and seeing what happens.

hmm może ktoś ma teorię ,czego mi strzela w biodrach na początku rozciągania dynamicznego ? zawsze w obu nogach
może stawy masz " suche " :P jesz jakąś glukozaminę ? Żelatynę pojedz czy coś , albo własnie glukozaminę na stawy. Galaretkę co jakiś czas zjedz - może nie zaszkodzi na wagę

przez te 1,5roku jakby zebrać do kupy to może byłem na siłce ze 20 razy. jednak +-20 treningów na siłowni w 1,5roku to tyle co nic a maty do treningu siłowego zaliczyć nie można
