Pierwsza publikacja nie dotyczy kwestii treningu na czczo, a jest to obserwacja dotycząca kilku parametrów metabolicznych w trakcie trwania wysiłku.
Druga publikacja nie ma charakteru naukowego, a jest jedynie swobodna, wręcz bardzo swobodną interpretacją wyników wybranych badań. Udowadnianie, że sniadanie jest posilkiem niepotrzebnym jest jalowe, nawet w świetle argumentów, które sam autor tego artykulu podaje (w linku dotyczacym spozycia jaj porusza kwestię greliny i poboru pokarmu, w zasadzie tym badaniem którego uzywa na potrzeby podważenia zasadności zalecenia jedzenia produktów zbożowych strzela sobie w kolano w kontekście zasadności spożywania śniadania). Takiej publikacji ze względu na status jak i proste bledy logiczne i metodyczne, nie mógłbym zamieścić w bibliografii. Sugeruję tez z tego typu publikacji nie korzystac. Swoją drogą badań dotyczacych wpływ
sniadania na masę i skład ciała jest bardzo wiele (autor sugeruje, że mało), a wnisoki z nich płynace sa rozmaite:

Kolejna - Halberga i wsp. również mam
. Ciekawe, ale równiez bardzo ogólnikowe. tutaj w zasadzie IF nie jest przedmiotem badania, nacisk jest na pewien kontekst "teorii oszczednego genu", który już z resztą został sprowadzony w innych publikacjach do aktywności genu CRTC3.
Kolejna publikacja również jest w moim posiadaniu.
Ja jestem na etapie poszukiwań trochę bardziej kierunkowych i dokładnych badań. Gdzie sprawdza się wpływ na okreslone parametry metaboliczne na poziomie "biochemicznym".
