Lafay'a przestrzeń strategiczna. Wg porad w tamtej książce zrezygnowałem z obciążenia przy brzuszkach. G i H robione powoli z wklęśniętym i napiętym brzuchem poturlały mnie bardziej niż z plecakiem +16 kg. Dzisiaj są spore zakwasy
