Tu cały komentarz jeśli Ciebie to interesuje:
'Your CRP level is normal, suggesting no significant inflammation within the body.
Your ferritin level is very low. The current clinical guidelines from NICE advise that iron deficiency occurs at ferritin levels below 30. Your result falls into this category. Low iron can cause you to feel tired, exhausted, out of breath, cold and to have skin/hair issues. If there is an obvious dietary cause for this then I recommend supplementing your iron and repeating the test in 12 weeks. If there is no obvious dietary cause, and particularly if you are experiencing any bleeding or bowel upset then this result should be discussed further with your GP. I recommend increasing your dietary iron intake (by consuming foods such as beans, lentils, tofu, dark green veg, and chicken & lean beef if you eat meat). You can pair these with high vitamin C sources to help absorb your iron better. Additionally, as low iron can affect your red blood cells, I recommend checking your full blood count to ensure you are not anaemic.'
