Carb nite mogą ci nie służyć. Fat nite też. To pierwsze często powtarzane może hamować progres albo po prostu taki etap, że nic się nie dzieje i nagle ruszy z kopyta. Zamień carb nite na high carb do 50g fatu. Często powtarzany temat.
