Efekty redu na high carbie możesz zobaczyć na 190s :-) Ogólnie to wyglądało to tak, że węgle były w każdym posiłku oprócz ostatniego, gdzie właśnie było białko + fat. Dokładnego rozkładu btw nie znam, ale w końcówce było jakoś 2300kcal, poniżej 50g fatu, 2,5g/kg białka, reszta węgle. Co do moich odczuć - super samopoczucie, brak takiej zamuły [...]
