Ja mam 3-bedrooma za 725+opłaty, ale śmieszne te pokoiki są. No i do centrum BRS 20min autem jadąc M32, miastem jeszcze dłużej chyba... Ale dzielnica nie należy do najtańszych, tyle że jest spokój cisza i gdzie wyjść na spacer z dzieciakiem.

3 bedroom za 495. I to jest 3 bedrom + salon + jadalnia.Czyli przekladajac na polskie 5 pokojowe a wiekszosoc 3 bedroomow jest 4 pokojowa. Plus yard i kuchnia i alzienka of korz :D Do centrum gateshead 30 (7 min autobusem)min z buta, do centrum newcastle 40 min (z 10 min autobusem)
W brighton mialem 1 bedrom za 600 i to i tak mi wszysyc mowili ze tanio mam :D W centrum bo w Brighton wszystko jest w centrum :D
W eastbourn 2 bedroom za 575 (jak dobrze pamietam)
Ale znajomych landlordka ma teraz do wynajecia 3 bedroom house z ogrodem (tkaim z trawa nie z wybetonowanym yardem) za 400. Wiec wiesz... da sie jeszcze taniej.
Wiec nie narzekam na rpzeprowadzke:D
