W 212 wystartuje czeski kulturysta Jan Kubik:





Jan Kubík got to bodybuilding on 28th August, 1991, when he first entered the gym. Date remembers exactly, because from that day he began to keep a training diary. From the very beginning was his intention to get to the contests. His first was on 20th of March the championship of North Moravia – men in Orlová and he placed third. At that time, Czech bodybuilder was not even 20 years old. His greatest achievements he considered a victory at the European Championships, third place at the World Games, where he attended as the only Czech participant, and especially turn into professional bodybuilder.

“The transfer among professionals is an honor for me and the top of my twenty-year career,”said Jan Kubík two years ago before participation at EVLS Prague Pro 2013, where he took 8th place. This year, Jan Kubík will be again at EVLS Prague Pro in 212 category figting for the best possible result.

You can also meet Jan Kubík at Fitness EXPO of EUROPE’S GRANDEST FESTIVAL OF BODYBUILDING AND FITNESS where he will present his new brand of supplements Jan Kubík Nutrition.

Ronny Rockel will introduce himself for the third time in Prague. He took 7th place at EVLS Prague Pro 2012 and last year he placed at the 10th position.

Ronny Rockel was born and raised in Germany like many other professional bodybuilders from Europe such as Milos Sarcev and Pavol Jablonicky. At seventeen years of age and with 143 pounds he decided that he wanted a body like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s after seeing the film Conan the Barbarian, but at the time commercial gyms in his hometown of Chemnitz, East Germany, were non existent. Instead of abandoning his interest in bodybuilding, he created his own weight set. Ronny opened first gym in his hometown. And soon he began absorbing information about diet and weight training from other members and fitness magazines.

At the Hessian Championships, his first competition, he placed last in his class. But he did not become discouraged, he came back a year later and won the 1995 NABBA German Nationals and placed third at the NABBA Mr. Universe. Then Rockel decided that he had the potential to become a professional bodybuilder. It took 7 years and in 2002 Ronny Rockel achieved professional status by winning the International German Championships. After this victory he won a contract with a nutritional company and that opened him the door to the whole world.

Ronny Rockel has achieved numerous successes, among the most important are 1st place at Mr. Europe Gran Prix and 2nd from New York Pro Championships from 2011.

Big Ramy


Monstrózní Mamdouh „Big Ramy” Elssbiay bude na EVLS Prague Pro 2015!

Mamdouh Elssbiay se narodil v Káhiře. V roce 2010 se připojil k Oxygen Gymu v Kuvajtu. Do roku 2011 vážil pod 200 liber, ale když v roce 2012 vyhrál Amateur Olympii, vážil již 286 liber. Tím, že vyhrál celkový titul na Amateur Olympia v Kuwait City získal PRO kartu a svět spatřil muže, přezdívaného „Big Ramy”. V roce 2013 debutoval mezi profesionály na New York Pro, kde zvítězil a vysloužil si potlesk přísného publika. Sezónu 2013 zakončil 8. místem ze svého prvního Olympia Weekendu.

Ramy se připravoval pod vedením Dennise Jamese, který o něm prohlásil, že jeho potenciál je neskutečný, obrázky ho nemohou zachytit a pokud potkáte Ramyho osobně, přijde vám to šílené. Loni opět dobyl New York Pro a vylepšil své umístění na Mr. Olympia 2014 o jednu pozici.

Jednatřicetiletý egyptský profesionální kulturista se v objemové fázi přípravy pohybuje kolem těžko uvěřitelných 160 kg. Letos vyhrál Ramy Arnold Classic Brazil pod vedením George Faraha s váhou okolo 154 kg. Někteří tvrdí, že není otázka jestli, ale kdy se stane Big Ramy dalším Mr.O.

Na stronie PZKFiTS jest napisane,że moja kategoria do 100kg eliminacje ma w piątek,a na oficjalnej stronie eliminacje i finały w sobotę:)

Pewnie będzie tak ,jak w programie zawodów .

-Meet & Great -ta unikalna impreza pozwala kibicom przywitać się ze swoimi idolami, porozmawiać ,zrobić zdjęcia, filmy z uczestnikami zawodów.

Ale na przyszły rok sądzę ,że się bardzo mocna ekipa z Polski tam pokaże :)

Do zawodów jeszcze niecałe dwa tygodnie ale emocje zaczynają się także mnie udzielać - zaowiada sie po prostu impreza marzeń-najlepsi pro oraz amatorzy w jednym miejscu.

Roman Fritz will be at EVLS Prague Pro 2015 in the end. After complications with his preparation he is back in his journey for PRO debut. He shared his situation with us and we are bringing you a short interview.

“12 weeks out of EVLS Prague Pro I suffered a knee injury, tearing a piece of cartlidge in my knee. I wasn’t able to do any quad training or cardio. With that handicap I did not want to start preparing for my first pro show,” said German bodybuilder on his first feelings about injury. “It was first impression and doctors always make things worse as they really are. If it was by the doctors opinion I would have been out of the gym for the rest of my life. After 6 weeks completely off from all leg exercises, while still training upper body, I was able to get back under a squat bar and do cardio. My body responded amazingly and after 3 weeks back into training I basically was in good shape, enough to get back into competing,” commented Roman his return to preparation.

“I am really just excited to be part of this awesome show with a great line up of amazing athletes. All I am looking forward to is to be the best version of myself and prove that I am worthy of being an IFBB Pro. I won my Pro card in Prague and therefore I have a very emotional bond to the city. It´s where my biggest dream became a reality. That´s why I wanted to do my debut right on that same stage,” stated Roman, why is the PRO debut in Prague so important for him.
