H5GS
enables complete stalling of bone maturation, without inhibiting any
sex steroid hormones. This means, you can load up on testosterone and

Squats
This
squat is a modified version. You will have to avoid lockout and do the
squats while standing on your tiptoes. You cannot at any point in the
reps, touch the ground with your heel.
The angle produced when
your legs are straight is 180 degress, the angle produced when you are
sitting down is 90 degrees, you get the picture.
You will not exceed 90 degree angle formed by your calfs > thighs while doing the squats. It is crucial that you do this.
3 sets.
5 x strength reps using heavy weights that you can barely manage.
8-12 x bodybuilding weights you are normally used to.
15-20 reps with weights you are comfortable with.
Sprints
Sprint
for 30 seconds at your max speed - once. If you cannot do 30 seconds,
then try to do it until you reach your max. Do not excees 40 seconds per
day. Do this EOD.
Biking
Go cycling
at your max intensity until you reach your max for 15 minutes. Do not
rest and re-attempt. Once you have finished, call it a day. Do this on
the days you don't sprint.
