IG ziemniakow mnie nie przekonywuje, chociaz dziewczyny tutaj sa bardziej za ladunkiem niz indeksem, a ten nie wiem jak sie pisze :)
Ziemniak bardziej mnie napcha niz sie nim najem :) Gdzies na forum bylo, ze dluzej zalegaja.. Poza tym juz te 150kcal sredniego ziemniaka wole inaczej spozytkowac :)
Juz nie wspominajac ze dosc dlugi zcas zywilam sie niegotowanymi potrawami, wiec takie preferuje, na surowo :)
