witam. dzis po przerwie swiatecznej zrobilem trening barkow,oczywiscie przed zarzucilem PLASMA PUMP. pompa i skupienie znow rewelka,a trzeba przyznac ze w swieta troszke sie poobijałem,dlatego tez bylem bardzo mile zaskczony,dzisiejszym treningiem.
