Kryteria porównania to nie tylko wchłanialność ale i synergistyczne działanie dodatkowych składników. Mówisz o subtelnych różnicach dot. form. W wielu przypadkach tak jest. Ja jednak wspomniałem o dwóch, a przede wszystkim o chelacie magnezowym. W tym wypadku różnica w porównaniu do mono subtelna nie jest. - ja roznice uważam za subtelną, szczerze - wolę mono niz magnezowy chelat, nawet wole mono + magnez, osobno, niż magnezowy chelat. I wolę orotan niż magnezowy chelat. ALe dla mnie roznice są subtelne, bądź zadne. Cena natomiast jest inna. To w kwestii subiektywnej opinii i moich preferencji.

Personally, I'm not saying the creatine magnesium chelate is inferior by any means. It is absorbed by a secondary pathway which could be interpreted as that when stacked with creatine monohydrate you have a greater total uptake in creatine via dual pathways. Since there are only two studies in humans (both on college aged males) the jury is still out on creatine magnesium chelate's revolutionary stigma some companies would like you to believe as being a superior form of creatine.
