Powiem szczerze że obecnie przez tydzień leciałem sobie IF - okno żywieniowe od 16 do 22 i było ok, tylko pytanie jak w tym przypadku wykonywać trening? Po pracy średnio mam siły i kolejki na siłowniach takie że głowa mała, a rano elegancko - mało ludzi (w sumie nikogo nie ma) tylko jak to pogodzić z dietą i IF - tu nie mam żadnego pojęcia
