at 6'2" and 408 lbs at his biggest, he is the most massive bodybuilders of all time...and probably even the strongest... he has bench pressed close to 600 lbs for 10 reps... 675 lbs x 5 reps behind the neck overhead press 495 for 5 reps, (that no one else in the world has done or come close to)...he has squated 850 x 12 reps... it's safe to say he could easily break the 585 lb clean and jerk record set by the Russians if he wanted to... he could probably press 585... and clean and jerk 600 with no training,,and clean and jerk between 600-700 if he was trained... he does not do powerlifting, or train for it, but right now he could probably bench 700 lbs.. (surely if he could do 585 for 10 reps) and if he trained solely on powerlifting . he'd no doubt bench 800 ..or more.. he could do 420 x 19 back when he was 19 years old with only two years training... Steroids or not, he has great genetics.. if he were a short man with short arms and could. lift the weights at a lesser distance, his lifting numbers would be even more massive ..... even so, his lifts are done without a bench press shirt/suit, plain t-shirts.. 675 lbs incline without a bench shirt would would crush Anthony Clark right now, he is not intrested in powerlifting or olympic weightlifting, but only bodybuilding.
