    Dzięki Dziewczyny :) Fusi - ja generalnie nie mam dobrego zdania na temat takich treningów, o ile w "czuciu" mięśnia to może pomóc, tak wg. mnie nijak się to przekłada na rozwój masy mięśniowej, a tym bardziej siły w porównaniu to "zwykłego" treningu. Jedyne powtórzenia w których sam specjalnie wydłużam ruch ekscentryczny to albo powtórzenia [...]
