the Vacuum in your lungs will literally pull your stomach up. Hold the vacuum for a few seconds and relax.
This drill does not take a lot out of you, so it should bo done more frequentaly than the rest- every day thhroughout the day.
It helps if you develop a pattern a reminder, for instance od vacuum on every red light, or when waiting for the elevator.
