wegle 0,5x64,61 = 32g +100 !!! czyli 132g!
reszta tluszcz

Czemu ketoza jest rakotwórcza? Udowodniły to badania naukowe(niestety). Stosowanie wysokich ilości tłuszczy a szczególnie nasyconych(nie można sie oszukiwać że wszyscy sportowcy są idealnie zdyscyplinowani)prowadzi do powstawania zmian szzczególnie w okolicy jelita grubego(dodatkowa mała ilość błonnika i innych węgli).Produkty toksyczne to głównie produkty peroksydacji i izomeryzacji kwasów tłuszczowych. Oczywiście nie należy wpadać w paranoje i jeżeli ktoś nie ma zmian patologicznych lub predyspozycji genetycznych względem chorób gastrycznych lub układu krążenia to "dieta pilotów" będzie skuteczna. Uciążliwa ale skuteczna.

Ale najlepiej by było abyś mieszała te bialka sojowe z roślinnymi. Nie odpuszczaj białek w dni bez treningu, gdyż to właśnie te związki podnoszą najmocniej przemiane materii(nawet o 25%).
Niestety olej słonecznikowy i same ziarna to głównie kwasy tłuszczowe linolowe, natomiast oliwa z oliwek to kwasy oleinowe.
Ser półtlusty:kwasy tłuszczowe nasycone, niezdrowe i zawartość lipidów trudna do usunięcia z organizmu.pozdr
