Push Press - Nie miałem siły do pp, ciężary mniejsze.
Martwy - Ciężko ... Nie wiem, czy za tydzień wywalczę 135x5.
Drążek - Tu dobrze - pierwszy raz od dawna tak dotarłem do najszerszych.
WL wąsko - Lekko. Tygodniowy progres 2.5kg i idzie z zapasem;
w martwym 2.5kg więcej i 0 zapasu. Regres zrobiony 4s negatyw- eksplozywny wycisk.
