Friday January 6th marks the next court appearance for IFBB Pro Victor Martinez who has been detained for immigration issues since October 2011.

The "Dominican Dominator" took first place in the inaugural Arnold Classic Europe October 9th and was taken into custody after attempting to re-enter the United States a day later.

Alright so here is the latest scoop:

This is the second hearing and according to our source its not a very dramatic one. Typically, the second court date is focused on going over documentation. At that time the court is expected to announce the final court date. So basically, not much is happening. It is not expected that Martinez will be released. He continues to be under mandatory detention without bail.

What we expect to know after Friday's hearing is the date of the final hearing in which Martinez will take the stand and the judge will make the decision. The final hearing date is expected to be sometime later this month.

Okazuje się, że sprawa nie dotyczy wizy która jest skutkiem ubocznym. Victor ma "drug charges" więc jeśli okaże się że zarzuty się potwierdzą - deportacja na 100%.

yeah buddy...light weight baby!!
