UK's youngest karate black belt's only 8!
Meet Zac: he's eight years old from Wales and is the youngest shotokan karate black belt in the country!
Zac started learning shotokan karate three years ago to help him at school.
He was worried he might get picked on at school because he's so small.
But it is more likely to be the other way round now! After tough training and concentration, Zac is able to take on adults and beat them in training and competitions.
Zac told Newsround it took a while for him to start enjoying it properly. But he reckons: "Karate helps me be fit and gives me confidence.
"I was really proud when I won my black belt," he said.
Karate and other martial arts are becoming really popular hobbies for young people in the UK.
There are thought to be around 100,000 kids learning karate in clubs all around the country.
