Jak już się tak pytam to powiedzcie mi jaki mocniejszy spalacz mógł bym stosować jak będę redukował (kwiecień/maj 2018) bo nie chcę po tylu miesiącach odgrzewać tego tematu. Wtedy już zakładam że będę miał trochę więcej masy mięśniowej niż teraz i burn for all który obecnie stosuję to może nie wystarczyć.
