zdziwiłbyś się. jest cała masa hairi-kata, przejśc do ne-waza nie będących rzutami. tylko ćwiczy się je generalnie na wyższym poziomie.

Brazil dominates the black belt
The fourth edition of the European JJ Championship took place this weekend, in Lisbon, Portugal. Despite Brazil’s dominance of black and brown belt categories, European teams managed to shine on the lower levels. The Finnish team took home the purple lightweight title and the Polish celebrated the first place among the blue heavyweight and lightweight.
