in this totally hypothetical situation... and I wanted to be a top tier bodybuilder...

1- I would forget about getting married or having children before anything (if my wife is reading this... I SAID HYPOTHETICAL!!! AS IN IT'S NOT REAL AND IT'S NOT WHAT I WANT!!! LOOOOOL...) don't want to get bitch slapped around the house by a 5'-5'5 (depending on which heels she's wearing), 100 lb woman for the next 6 months.

this is a very selfish sport... where if taken seriously, means you have no time, and would not want to waste any effort, for/on other people. especially when these people will most likely depend on you for the basics, and luxuries, of life. you have to be all about "me me me"

2- I would have started out younger
15 is a good age to start training. NATURALLY.... build your foundation then. once you reach 18, you start juicing.

3- would not give a damn about how i looked, as long as it's under 15% fat, for the first 10 years of training.
supposedly starting at 15... I would not care for washboard abs or any of that shit. train balls to the wall (naturally getting stronger, and not forcefully), eating whatever the hell i wanted so that it doesn't take away from my social life. a high protein meal after a workout would be 3 dbl chz burger from mcdonalds... or if you don't want to all that greese and fat and shit... 2 footlongs of grilled chicken from subway.

4- at 18... i'd start with the basic 500 mg test cycle, boatload on dbol and drol every couple of weeks, up my test dose whenever gains stop
no stopping... it might be wrong to say cycle... so just 500 mg test per week... with dbol or drol whenever i felt like it. the body will tolerate this mild dose... once it gets accustomed to it, and once i gain what i can from that dose (won't be more than 6 months) i'd double it... 1000 mg... for another 6 months, then 1500 mg... then 2 grams. that's a good 2 years.

why? i'll look like shit anyway from the food... so there's no point in using expensive shit that give quality while it's all gonna be covered with fat. this will give a good 2 years to save money for later on.

5-Add deca at 500 mg per week to make the total 2500mg
more gear = more appetite... you're already fat (15%) so you'll probably not have any problem eating. if fat goes above 15%... cut all carbs... eat nothing but beef and eggs, and do cardio for 4 weeks... that's enough to get anyone around 20% down to under 15% in 4 weeks (remember, the fatter you are, the easier it is to lose fat)... when gains stop... deca goes up to 1000 mg. and repeat.

6-once i've gained over 70 lbs of muscle... and i repeat... of muscle! and not just weight... i'd start working on quality
high volume training... a GOOD diet... not meticulous... but good to me is something like 4 whole eggs, and 250 grams of ground beef with salad for breakfast... 300 grams of chicken breasts with some mayonnaise or a lot of probiotic yogurt with a salad for lunch.... repeat breakfast for dinner... and some protein powder with some probiotic yogurt (fruit flavored) as snacks if i get hungry. this will be enough to get me to 8% fat within 3-4 months.

7-take a break after reaching 8%
i'd stop everything at this point.... no more drugs... train like a girl in the gym, and focus mostly on cardio. true, i don't give a damn about health at this stage (top tier bb means giving the middle finger to health)... give the body a break so that it's not completely burnt out. eat like abird also.

8-full throttle to compete
now i'm probably 22-24 years old... one point i'll make will be in the end and it will be important... but for now, i'm probably making good money... job, slinging drugs (yes, you will have to do this to afford shit cuz you have no time for a high paying job), and probably some stripping/bouncing/G4P gig (don't kid yourself... you want to step on stage wearing a thong, all oiled up, in front of 90% male audience with probably more than 40% of them being there to take a mental picture of you to go home, close their eyes, and imagining you raping them while they shove dildo up their rectum... so don't be a hypocrite... you make money, period. nothing honorable about being a bodybuilder)... EQ would be at 1.5 gr... tren would start at 100 eod, raising the dose every 4 weeks... until you reach 150-200 mg ed, masteron at 100 mg per day, anavar and halo will be your orals of choice... GH at 4 iu per day. food is as described above. training is all out balls to the walls (not weight wise, but intensity wise... weight doesn't matter... you're already strong... so light weight for you might be benching 225 lbs for 15 rep x 10 sets with 10 secs of rest in between... that's retard strength and endurance right there)
once I reach 8% fat, i'd start the ephedrine, clen, and T3... raising the dose by 50% until i reach 4% fat... once i do that, i stay there til the contest and screw with a diuretic every 2 weeks until the day of the contest so that i know how i react.
the first contest should be an ego contest... you never do a top contest as your first contest. do some local crap contest for an ego boost... where you take 1st place, and there should be a gap of 10 places between you and 2nd place... LOL... huge ego boost... so that you have the mentallity of raping everyone else in your big contest in a couple of months.

9- GH is 8 iu now
oh... forgot to mention.. would not use any GH that isn't pharma grade... if i can't afford it, i won't use any at all and just save up. GH goes up, quality of physique goes up, mass goes up, and fat goes down... at this point... from the training, drugs, and time... you will have quality... you will have THE body... so don't go above 8% fat... if you aren't growing, you either reached your max, or you need to double your dose... it's not the food, so don't get fat...
follow the same principles to get down to 4% atleast 2 weeks before your big contest. at this point, you are close to your max... the only thing you can do now is increase your GH... be realistic on where you stand... are you top 3 in that huge pro qualifier? if you are, that means stay wehre you are, compete more, and suck judges coks... 1 or 2 years, you'll be pro. top 6? you need more GH to place top 3, then you take the top 3 advice... out of top 10? drop the GH, save the money you were gonna spend on that gh and hire hookers every week to tell you how great and big you look.

10- GET A COLLEGE DEGREE IN SOMETHING USEFUL LIKE ENGINEERING OR COMPUTER SCIENCE, FINANCE, ACCOUNTING... ETC
you want something to fall back on if you don't make it. you don't want to end up being that 40 year old guy with no friends who never made it as a pro and lost everything and is now the laughing stock of town... and if you go to college, major in something useful and needed... don't major in 12th century history... you'll end up jobless, bitter, and blaming it on corporate america while you wave your banner of "I am the 99%"... while that engineer sits in his office, complaining about corporate america and how he hates his job, but still makes 100K a year.
