Witam . Zamiarzam zaczać nowy cykl z Decą i zastanawiam sie jak to podziala z moja aktulana dietą . Bardzo prosze fachowców o ocene. Przykład diety i suplemacji :
ON RISING: 5 Amino-Energise 5 Baio olils
BREAKFAST:
Option 1 2 eggs (boiled and mixed with butter or olive oil; poached, scrambled, fried, omelette, etc.)
AND
3 oz. (90g) redskin peanuts OR 3 oz. cream cheese OR 3 oz. walnuts OR 3 oz. pine nuts OR 3 oz. pumpkin seeds OR a combination of nuts up to 3 oz.
Walnuts and pine nuts are particularly beneficial for your energy.
Option 2 2 eggs and 3 oz. bacon (mainly the fat part)
Option 3 Instant Protein powder - ½ oz. (13g - equal to a scoop and a half) with double cream made thick enough to eat (best), or you can thin it with water.
WITH this protein you can eat 3 oz. nuts.
Option 4 2 oz. (60g) Sardines / Smoked Salmon / Wild Salmon, fresh or canned,
WITH 3 oz. of cream cheese OR 3 oz. nuts.
Option 5 2 oz. cheese with 3 oz. of nuts. (If you use cottage cheese, add double cream)
Emmenthal, Gruyere & Parmesan are the cheeses with the highest calcium content.

NO naked protein (white fish, egg whites, chicken, cottage cheese, whey powder, etc.)
Option 2 Instant Protein Powder - 1 ½ oz (40g - equal to 4 ½ scoops) with double cream made thick enough to eat (best) or you can thin it with water.
WITH a green salad AND 3oz. nuts.

With this diet, ideally you do not eat for 1 ½ hours before training and 2 hours after training.
