Ja byłem w ubiegłym roku na Dominikanie i jadłem i piłem cały czas mimo temperatury dochodzącej do 40 st. Tyle że tam było all inclusive i miałem dowolną ilość picia, jedzenia, mięsa i alkoholi wliczoną w cenę wycieczki, więc tylko pływałem w basenie i jadłem SONBATY

W ostatnim czasie robiłem 3serie wyć.zesztangą i 3 serie sztangielkami(do tego po jednej seri rozgrzewkowej),po tych ćwiczeniach robiłem wznosy sztangielek bokiem w górę 4 serie ,na koniec robiłem jeszcze na kaptur 4 serie .Ten plan jakoś mi najbardziej odpowiada bo lubie ćwiczenia typowo siłowe .Zastanawiem sie tylko czy nie lepiej jest robić [...]
