Prosze:

For anyone considering this supplement, I must say, (at least the brand that I have http://www.naturesbenefit.com/html/product...ia_supreme.html ), is the real deal! THIS STUFF IS INCREDIBLE AND REALLY WORKS Some of you may have read some of my other posts where I've described a hormonal imbalance I have that causes me to overeat EXCESSIVELY (we're talking 5000-6000 calories in a day for a 5'3" 105 lb. female ohmy.gif ) and incapacitates me with fatigue. I encourage those of you who doubt the effectiveness of Hoodia Gordonii to at least read the first post of the thread I started http://forum.avantlabs.com/?act=ST&f=12&t=12223 With the exception of ephedra (which actually "failed me" a few times this past summer), NOTHING has worked to completely prevent me from overeating/binging when my "female hormones" kick in - nothing, that is, until Hoodia Supreme.

Another thing about this supplement is that it is of the highest purity and quality. I shit you not, today I called the number on the website to give my feedback on how well the product worked, and to ask a question about dosage, and I spoke in person with Dr. Holt (the man who developed the supplement); he told me that the Hoodia used in the supplement is imported from South Africa (where a bunch of you guys are trying to get it from). The supplement is in capsule form, so it's really easy to take, and it does not contain caffeine or anything else - just pure powder Hoodia Gordonii.

Okay, enough talk, now for my log-

Height - 5'3"; Weight - 103-105; BF - 11-13.5% Current Workout Schedule - Weights (Full body workout minus legs) 2-3x/week; abs 2x/week; cardio (elliptical) 40-50 min, 5-6x/week GOAL: I've reached it! Just going for maintaince.

Pretty much, I haven't "binged" (overeaten excessively) since August. Now, after reaching my goals, I've started to play around with my calories to figure out maintaince... believe it or not, my "cutting" calories were 1800-1850. Two weeks ago I upped the cals to 1930; week after that (last week), plan was to up cals to 2050, but my eating went "whack" on me ("hormonal driven" overeating - binging, feeling fatigued, loss of concentration).

1/14/05 - Took half of the suggested amount (400 mg) Hoodia at 7:00 pm
Felt nothing and had two bad "binges" later that evening (consuming 800 calories and two hours later another 1000); Can't really judge the supplement, since my eating was "off" all day, prior to taking it (even ephedra fails to prevent binges sometimes, if I already overeaten badly earlier in the day).

1/15/05 - Took full serving of Hoodia (800mg) upon waking up (12:00 pm)
Worked awesome!!! No overeating, awesome energy levels, great concentration; by evening, or well into the night, I should say, (around 10:00 pm) the effects wore off; but I always struggle most in the morning, so I didn't have a problem staying on my diet, "on my own"

1/16/05 - Same as 1/15

1/17/05 - Woke up 5 hours earlier than normal (7:00 am) by "that shaky feeling" that drives me to overeat. Feeling was so bad that I overate (625 cals in one sitting); after this feast, 8:00 am, I stacked the Hoodia (800mg) with 1/3 serving (6mg) of BSN's Thermonex (ephedra version)... not only did it hold me over for 5 hours, I was actually able to get back on track with my diet for the day and not overeat, and still have plenty of energy.

1/18/05 - A total disaster... 1st day back to school and running late and forget my supplement ohmy.gif Had a moderate binge (600 cals) for meal #3, but when I got home that evening took 800mg Hoodia with 6 mg ephdera (this time ANSI's Hydroxadrine), and got back on track with my diet.

1/19/05 - Woke up "normal time" (for classes) at 8:30; felt a strong urge to binge, but not overpowering so I was able to resist it; after meal #1 (9:30), I took 800mg of the Hoodia... this time was the strongest effect it had on me!!! Normally, meal #1 is 250 cals around 9:30 and Meal #2 is 350-400 cals at 11:30-12:00... I was not even hungry untill 1:00!!! Furthermore, my concentration and energy levels were probably the best they've been in my life (since I've struggled with this whole hormonal imbalance). The effects lasted until about 11:00 pm, and at 11:30, I took half a serving (400 mg), and feel AWESOME!

This is definitely one of the best supps I've ever taken... but like someone else said, it not the "knock out" feeling of being completely unable to eat like you get w/ ephedra/stimulants... like if your were the kind of person wants a donut (or whatever - fill in your favorite junk food), it's not gonna make it so you "can't eat", like ephedra; rather, if your someone like me, who struggles w/ setpoint, hormones, and "thrifty genes" it will give you the power to just not eat. Like you don't even think about food.

Anywayz, I hope this helps other ppl who are struggling and need something to try. I'll try to update this daily,. Things may get tough with classes, but I'll do my best.
