Porady się elastyczne

hi everybody!!!
Zacząłem boks i będę mógł kopać wysokie.
Problem = Jestem mała (157 cm) i nie elastyczna!
Chciałbym, doradztwo w zakresie podejmowania nogi bardziej elastyczne: jakiego rodzaju ruch zrobić?

Third: by "boks" you mean "boxing" or other martial art(becouse there is no necessity to kick highkick in boxing)?

in fact it's french boxe so we should use legs and lift them high enough...
sorry to have created an "useless" topic;i'm new on this site and it's a little bit hard to find my way lol...in future i'd pay more attention.

yes that's right!!do you know this sport?

I've never seen any "savate club" in Poland
Even if there are a few clubs, it is not popular sport in our country,so it's really hard to train savate in Poland.

yes i understand(french sports aren't as famous as japanese sport ).when i subscribe on this course,i believe it was like english box but is not.that's why i write this topic...
now i gotta train hard to win my fight in 6 months...thanks for advices.

Maybe japanese martial arts are much more popular than savate,but it doesn't matter that sports from other sides of the world are not popular in PL

As you wrote,you had started training quite not long ago,so isn't it too fast tor the first fight(6 months)?

by the way,what is "english box"?

well what i call "english-box" is the one where the use of feet is prohibited(http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boks),like Muhammad Ali,as opposed to the French boxing(http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Savate).
yes i also think that 6 months it's too short to learn properly a sport but i have no choice(the date was planned by the coach... ).

yyy that's kinda strange ,u said u've just started savate lessons and...how comes ur coach gave u a competiton term ???,when he probably doesnt know anything about u at alllll? I mean if he keeps on telling that to every single newcomer?
