ARONA: I have been waiting for an answer. I'm still dealing with some things and its right, I will confirm it.

What has changed to you after your victory against Wanderlei in the semifinal of the Pride GP of medium?

How are your trainings?

ARONA: I have been training everyday, but I didn't go to Brazilian Top Team yet. I'm taking care of my physical part and of some old injures. But this is ok now. I'm felling well and I am sure that I will be fine there."
