9:30am: Nitrix
10:15am: 2 Instone Protein Puddings, 1/2 cup oatmeal (splenda)
12:30pm: 20 Medium Sized Shrimp, 1/2 cup oatmeal (splenda)
2:10pm: Cellmass, nitrix
2:45pm: 2 pieces fat free cheese, 2 chicken breasts, 1/2 cup oatmeal (splenda)
5:00pm: Premade Isopure in bottle 40g protein/25complex carbs, 1/2 cup oatmeal, Glucosamine and Chondroitin
6:00pm: No-xplode, Nitrix
6:35pm: workout begins
(debating as to whether or not to sip a mix of 30g protein 30g dextrose and 20oz water slowly throughout workout)
7:35: Cell Mass with 30 mins left to workout
8:10: Post workout shake...50g Isopure, 16oz water, 30g dextrose, 30g maltodextrin
9:25pm: 2 grilled chicken breasts, 3 pieces fat free cheese, 1/2 cup fiber one and mixed greens with balsamic vinneger dressing
11:50pm: 12oz skim milk, 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Whey, 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein
1:00am: ZMA, Glucosamine and chondroitin
