Aspartam stosowany jest w słodzikach. jest (jak dobrze pamiętam) 300 razy lub 30 razy słodszy od cukru.
Przeprowadzono setki badań na całym świecie nad aspartamem szukając skutków ubocznych jego stosowania, ale niczego nie znaleziono. Więc ogłoszono iż jest w 100% bezpieczny.

Jest słodszy od cukru, a przy tym mniej kaloryczny. Ale pakerzy lepiej niech biora zwykły cukier do herbatki. Nie zaszkodzi.

Ja czytałem w Muscle o aspartamie i tam pisali ze niczego nie powoduje.

Ale ja tam nie zważam już na te artykuły o szkodliwych rzeczach. Naukowcy znudzeni sa robotą nawet w zdrowej pomarąńczy znajdą substancję powodującą wyrastanie drugiego członka wewnątrz odbytu lub powodujące raka włosów.
