Białko z górnej półki, polecam.
Nie zawiera wogóle cukrów, ma mało ww, dodatek jakichś enzymów trawiennych, no i oczywiście jest to mieszanka koncentratu i IZOLATU serwatki. Z tego co wiem zawiera też dużą porcję BCAA i chyba gluty...
