ok leyus, as you probably will know I'll ask you a question: I want to start (to come back to) learning Russian and German. any idea how much time I need to sacrifice for it?

Hard to say it is better 15 minutes a day then 1 hour once a week. I mean check forum that I gave they will help you if you ask a question and you won't find so many polyglots anywhere else. If you checked this topic then you probably know that my IELTS had worst results in writing, although because of negligence my speaking went to shit as well. But reading and listening abilities are top notch you can check my exam results from last year, I've been easily in top 5 students last year :D

When it comes to show offs I am top notch player in this forum, this is what I wrote 2-3 weeks ago when I was not tired like now (3 hours in library after being at uni from 9-15):
Recommendations arising from the incident

Also six-month moratorium on deepwater drilling was implemented which suppose to: “provide time to implement new safety requirements and to allow the Presidential Commission to complete its work”. (Interior 2010). However it only affected 33 deepwater drilling sites, that is less than 1% of the 3,600 which are in the Gulf of Mexico and it was challenged by several companies and shortly lifted by the judge. (Kunzelman 2010)
