Arona talks about Wand...

After a weekend of a lot of resting surrounded by nature and fans, BTT star Ricardo Arona received an honor by the hands of senator Arthur Virgilio Neto. Between the homage and the seminars at Club Cagin, Arona distributed CDs with his motto sond "Guerreiro" ("Warrior") and spoke to Greici Fernandes, from Portaldaluta.com.br, about his new year´s eve errand. "On December 31st I'm fighting for the belt and intend to finish Silva once and for all" he fired, speaking about the rivalry towards the champion. "It's the same training as always, only I'm looking for more intensity, I want better performance. Rivalry is healthy as long as there's respect involved. It's something to add to the sport, so that the athletes train harder and develop better. With Wanderlei I had a problem and this grudge is a personal one" said Arona, who also mentioned he wishes to fight Overeem sometime in the future.

Concerning this (his second) travel to Manaus, the fighter from Niteroi complimented the people and thanked the honours: "It was very important to me, just as the senator is my fan I'm a fan of his. I identify with the people from Manaus. These people have fighting in their blood and wishes to develop it, so it's a pleasure to show them my techniques. I do this with care and good will, this is my life and what I know how to do, so I want to come back here" he commented."
