Oboje mamy po 33 lata. Myślimy nad rozpoczęciem treningów z UFC Personal Trainer. Czy możecie polecić coś lepszego z gier na xbox w celu zachęcenia nas do ruchu?

Witam. Mam blisko 16 lat, 190cm wzrostu i 101kg wagi... Osobiście uważam to za ogromną tragedię. Czy ktoś byłby w stanie doradzić mi jak zrzucić 10kg wagi? Gram w tenisa (1h tygodniowo), reszta ruchu to wf 4 razy w tygodniu. W domu mam xboxa z kinectem, i tą grę UFC Personal Trainer. Uważacie że pomoże mi w odchudzaniu?
