Wydaje mi się, że w wieku 17 lat powinieneś już umieć czytać ze zrozumieniem, dlaczego więc wciąż nie widać tego po Twojej diecie?

Nie było z nerwem, a z zachętą ;)
Koniu, chodziło o sporadyczne jadanie fety, ile można, bo fakt faktem, że lepiej troszkę wkroić do sałatki niż iść po frytki.
A tętna też nigdy nie mierzę, biegnę, na ile mi siły pozwalają...

Mat, ten razowy z kolacji na pewno wyrzuć...

To ciekawe koniu, bo nawet w waszej telewizji sfd, ostatnio mówili ze białko obciąża nerki(mówił to przedstawiciel firmy trec), do tego lekarz który prowadzi przypadek mojego "ojczyma" który stracił nerki, nie staraj sie na siłe wyszukiwać jakiś błędów w moich wypowiedziach. A wszystko co mówiłem o bieganiu, to słowa trenera odpowiedzialnego za trening biegowy w triathlonie, więc jednak myślę że głupot nie gadał. (Jeżeli to co sie dowiedziałem to bzdury, to nie moja wina że powielam te błedy bo uważam go za kompetentną osobę )
A co do bf, nigdy nie miałem większego niż 12%:P

trener mówił że każdy ma trzymać tętno 140? a to ciekawe i to baaaardzo, bo to przeczy chociażby podstawowej teorii na ten temat.
co mówili w naszej telewizji? że 2 czy 3g białka obciąża nerki? to ciekawe bo to poniżej obecnej normy GDA dla sportowców. I czy przedstawiciel handlowy czy czegoś tam to naukowiec?! bo ja wrzuciłem ci ponad 100 potwierdzeń tego co pisze od naukowców.
Poczytaj chociażby pierwszy link który wrzuciłem.
I Twój ojczym był kulturystą i ładował dużo białka, że stracił nerki? Czy był chory? Jak był chory, przeczytaj jeszcze raz ze zrozumieniem moją poprzednią wypowiedź.
I nie szukam błędów na siłę, one same rażą w oczy.

Co do autora,
Ty się wysil, to i ja się wysilę.

ja się wysiliłem ale skoro tak powiedz mi gdzie jest bład ?! pisałem wszystko podobnie jak Marcel(jak dobrze pamietam) rozpisywał jednej "pani"

nie mówi ze mam trzymać tętno 140, mówi ze przy takim tętnie i po 40 minutach wysiłku spalany jest już głownie tłuszcz
co do ojczyma, był on piłkarzem i ładował dużo białka. :)



W dodatku napisałem że dziwny lekarz go prowadził, skoro ZABRONIŁ MU BIEGAĆ ze wzgledu na nerki, a nie wspomniał nic o białku.
Sam ładuje dużo białka, i nie odczuwam żadnych problemów z tym związanych, przeczytaj jeszcze raz fragment w którym to napisałem.

cała dieta do dupy, po raz xxx w tym temacie, skoro Morales zrobił tak komuś(specjalnie jako wzór dla takich jak Ty), to wejdź w ten temat i poczytaj jak to wyglądało i zrób podobnie.
Dalej nie znasz podstawowy zasad żywienia.

i jak myślisz, czy piłkarz potrzebuje go tyle co kulturysta?
i pytanie najważniejsze - skąd za komuny miał "dużo" białka?
