Michal Materla (no shirt on) is ready to face Chute Boxe fighter Evangelista Cyborg. In an interview to GRACIEMAG. com, the Polish fighter said he is prepared for a great bout and the hot weather is not an obstacle to him. "I would probably like to fight in Manaus because I do well in hot-weathered places. I prefer to fight standing up, I can use my boxing, but I´m prepared also to show the ground skills I learned from Renato Babalu and Marcio Pe de Pano in Rio", said Materla, who plans on staying in Gracie Barra until January.
Materla is one of several foreigners who came to Brazil to perfect their Jiu-Jitsu skills and are staying at Gracie Camp. Gracie Camp was created based on the know-how of master Carlos Gracie Jr. and his Gracie Barra Team. Gracie Camp accommodates Jiu-Jitsu's most successful competition squad and is home to several great athletes from the entire world. Gracie Camp provides hosting facilities, including transportation, food, hosting and much more. For more information, go to www.graciecamp.com.
